Ihab Darwish was commissioned to compose the musical themes  to “Legacy Of Our Ancestors”, the official 48th UAE National Day show. As one of the main composers he created and orchestrated musical themes to this epic theatrical masterpiece show that took place on December 2nd, 20219 at the Zayed Stadium attended by UAE Leadership, Royalty, international dignitaries as well as over 14,000 spectators in Abu Dhabi. It took a few months of intensive creative endeavours, meetings, conversations and long hours spent in the studio, but the possibility to work and dedicate his skills to this special occasion meant so much to him. Through music, they told stories about courage and pride. About people who are resilient and resourceful, honourable and devoted, united and full of faith. Stories about the greatness of our Emirati ancestors, whose spirit we carry forward into the future. In addition, they have been privileged to have their music recorded by the world-class The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in London.
